What is the best way to get to Gainesville?
Flights are available into Gainesville airport, which is a 15 minute drive to the University of Florida campus. Flights are also available into Jacksonville and Orlando. Jacksonville is about 1.5 hours away and Orlando is a about 2 hours. Shuttles will be available from Jacksonville Gainesville. A bus schedule will become available shortly after registration opens up.
I'm an international student how can I get a Visa?
ANS National will help with Visa applications. During the registration process there will be an optional box to click if you need a Visa. After that you will be contacted from someone at ANS with an email regarding an invitation letter. Click here

Where can I stay?
We will have four hotel blocks around Gainesville. Be sure to use the conference code when making a reservation. Information can be found here
Is there financial support?
We will be providing travel assistance to students who stay at one of the hotels within one of the hotel blocks. Reimbursements will be dispersed to each ANS student section and not to individuals. More information will be available regarding this matter as the conference dates approach.
Are professionals allowed to attend?
Professionals are highly encouraged to attend and we greatly appreciate the support. Attending the student conference shows your support for students and provides a unique opportunity to interface with the leaders of tomorrow within the nuclear industry.
